Before your appointment

• Arrival: Please arrive on time. I may still be preparing the space for you or with another client. If early arrival please wait in vehicle until scheduled appointment time. (Please note the door is locked between clients.) 
• Parking: Visitor parking is available along fence in front of last building (building E on Sand Piper Trail) 
• Health and Wellness: If you are feeling unwell (including cold, flu, or contagious illness), please kindly reschedule within 24 hours before appointment to avoid late cancellation fee.
• Allergy Advisory: Please note that there are pets in the home. While they are kept out of the treatment space, those with severe allergies should be aware that pet dander may still be present.
• Mobility Notice: The treatment space is accessed via a flight of stairs. This space is not suitable for those with mobility concerns. 
• Fragrance-Free Environment: Kindly avoid heavily scented products or smoke to maintain a fresh and calming space for all clients.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Credit card, Square, cash, and e-transfer are welcome.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.
