Janelle offers a variety of massage treatments, including relaxation/Swedish massage, therapeutic deep tissue massage, and prenatal/postnatal massage. (Clearance from doctor required if in first trimester of pregnancy) 

Consultations and assessments are included as part of your treatment when necessary, based on the reason for your appointment.

Janelle specializes in addressing musculoskeletal dysfunctions, such as those caused by previous injuries, repetitive strain, and chronic muscle tension from stress. These issues often contribute to pain, discomfort, and limited movement quality. 

Massage therapy may treat or improve conditions below:

-Tennis elbow/Golfer's elbow (lateral/medial epicondylitis)
