Cancellation policy

At Reset Massage, each appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to create a calm, welcoming space for every client. As a home-based practice, timing is important to maintain a smooth and peaceful flow throughout the day.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for clients booked after you. The full session fee will still apply.

To confirm your booking at Reset Massage, a valid credit card is required to be kept securely on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment will be processed at the time of your appointment, unless you prefer to use an alternative payment method.

In the case of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointment, the card on file may be charged according to our cancellation policy.

All client information, including payment details, is stored securely and confidentially.

There is no guarantee of success of effectiveness of individual techniques or series of appointments.

• Massage session time includes assessment and change time. 
• Some conditions are contraindicated to massage therapy and the therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment in such cases. Please be advised that it’s important to consult your healthcare provider to determine if massage therapy is suitable for you. Inform your massage therapist about your diagnosis, ongoing treatments, and medications.
• Treatments will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language.
• A treatment will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage therapy treatment is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled appointment is still required.
